Improving the Customer and Employee Experience


A well-known global home furnishing brand faced the challenge of adapting to the changing needs and expectations of customers in the digital era. To address these challenges, the brand partnered with tretton37 to create an intuitive and intelligent store merchandising tool. The team chose to implement the solution as a Progressive Web Application (PWA), combining the best aspects of web and mobile applications. The PWA approach also enabled faster development and deployment, ensuring the timely availability of the tool to co-workers.


After the development process and thorough testing, the brand successfully launched the new store merchandising tool in selected markets. Studies conducted in stores showed significant improvements in operational efficiency and positive feedback from co-workers, indicating the effectiveness of the new tool in enhancing both customer experiences and co-worker satisfaction.
