When I started working with technology in the late 90s in a quest to understand how different people experienced and used websites on various platforms, I discovered interaction/experience design. I was in awe of the new possibilities it opened!

This love affair and a two-decade journey took me into many industries like web, mobile, and AAA game design, and along the road allowed me to explore fields like user research, information architecture, web development, service design, and later on, design strategy, business innovation, leadership, and coaching bringing the sum of all my experience together.
