During the years, I have had the privilege to work in a wide range of companies, from tech scale-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Where I have enjoyed myself the most is in the organisations that are non-hierarchical and transparent with a strong cultural foundation. Combine those attributes with distributed leadership, and you have what I believe is necessary to remain a leader or to become a market disruptor in today's business landscape.

My background is a mix of Management Consulting and Product Development. I have a deep interest in product and leadership, and I am always up to share ideas and experiences about building empowered product teams and innovative products.

A highlight of my career was when I moved to London to establish a consultancy in the UK. It was a profound learning experience - I learned so much about myself - both on a professional and personal level. Three years later, I moved back to my hometown, Stockholm, together with a fiancee (now wife) and our newborn son, Theodore. What a great outcome from that adventure!
