I started my career in recruitment back in 2017 on a bit of a leap - I took a chance and here I am, years later and fully into it! Why? Well, when working in Talent you’re a puzzle maker - piecing together candidate puzzles where finding the right individual for a role is like fitting pieces of a complex puzzle. I enjoy the challenge and oftentimes methodological approach that recruitment involves. Each candidate puzzle is different, and what really motivates me is to be part of and supporting someone’s next career chapter till the completion of the puzzle.On a more personal note, I’m part of a clan of four and in our household it’s Lego that eats our wallets. I cast fireballs in Dungeons & Dragons, love trail running and from September to February I cheer wholeheartedly for the New England Patriots in the NFL. Of course, I also support the family team so Go Bajen!
