First interview is in a form of a relaxed conversation, where we try to understand what drives you, what your career goals are, and we would like to give you a good picture of our company as well. A true 1337 Ninja should share the same values, this match is as important as your technical skills.


The process is designed in a way that we can both get
to know each other and decide, if we are a good match.

At your second interview, we look closer into your technical expertise. We will give you a coding assignment that you must solve before the interview, or you might be asked to present a pet-project, which will take our breath away. At this stage, we would like to be surprised by your extensive knowledge!
